As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website. Track your package with the order number and email address used for your order.

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

• Returns are accepted 15 days after delivery.
• Returns MUST be initiated by sending an email to “Returns@ednrtel.com. Please include, order number, order email address, and full name. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not.
• If approved:
• We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
• You’ll also be issued a store credit for original purchase total minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs.

• Free Shipping is not available to orders shipped, Hawaii or Alaska.
• Shipping to Canada, EU, Australia and more, will be supported in 2025. Please note that we would not be responsible for any tax or duty your country might request at customs entry, these fees are to be paid by the receiver at delivery.

Commissions are paid via PayPal, after 30-35 days from the closing of a sales period. Sales periods last 1 week (Sunday- Saturday) each. Once the sales period ends, the payout window begins, ensuring all transactions are completed before commissions are processed. Affiliate MUST have a PayPal account.

In addition to your commission earnings, affiliates have the opportunity to earn discounts on future product purchases as a reward for their continued partnership.

Yes! EDN + RTEL reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the program at our sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, cases of suspected fraud, violation of brand guidelines, or any action deemed inconsistent with the program’s terms and conditions.

Our Trade Program is intended to support industry professionals in their projects and business operations. Any misuse of trade membership—including, but not limited to:

•  Providing false, expired, or misleading information in connection with a trade application.

Violations of these terms may result in membership termination at our discretion.
